1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fortehouse Uniforms website (fortehouseuniforms.co.ke) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors or designs may vary slightly.

Customized and branded products are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept major mobile money services (M-Pesa), bank transfer, and card payments through our secure payment partners. For bulk and corporate orders, we may require a deposit or full payment before production begins.

You are responsible for providing accurate order details including sizes, quantities, delivery address, and contact information. Fortehouse Uniforms is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Standard delivery within Nairobi, Kiambu, Thika, and Machakos takes 3–5 business days. Nationwide delivery to Nakuru, Nyeri, Mombasa, Kisumu, and other towns takes 5–7 business days. Express 24–48 hour delivery is available for Nairobi and select areas at an additional cost.

Free delivery is available on orders over KES 10,000 within Nairobi and Kiambu. Delivery fees for other locations are calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized, embroidered, or branded products.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Bulk orders of 50+ units (unless defective).
• Undergarments and socks for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days at info@fortehouseuniforms.co.ke or via WhatsApp. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

6. Bulk and Corporate Orders

Bulk orders (50+ units) are subject to separate terms agreed upon in writing, including production timelines, deposit requirements, and delivery scheduling. Quotes for bulk orders are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Cancellation of bulk orders after production has begun may incur a fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and product designs, is the property of Fortehouse Uniforms and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fortehouse Uniforms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
