30-Day Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Free Size Exchanges
Wrong size? We offer free exchanges for a different size of the same item. Simply submit a request and we'll ship the correct size at no extra cost.
Quality Defect Policy
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we'll replace it immediately or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom embroidered items, personalised uniforms, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
