How long does it take to process a bulk order?
Standard bulk orders take 5–7 business days. Rush orders (48hr) are available for an additional fee.
Can I visit the store to see samples?
Absolutely! Our showroom is open Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm. We recommend booking an appointment for personalized assistance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $125. Express and overnight options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, unembroidered items. Custom embroidered items are non-refundable unless defective.
