Who We Are
Born from a Belief That Every Worker Deserves to Look Their Best
Fortehouse Uniforms was founded in 2024 by Maryanna W. and Alexander N., two professionals who saw an opportunity to bring something fresh to Kenya's workwear landscape. With Maryanna's background in operations and people management, and Alexander's deep expertise in technology and business development, they combined their complementary skills to build a company from the ground up. They saw professionals across Kenya showing up in ill-fitting, uncomfortable workwear that did nothing for morale or professionalism, and they knew something had to change.
Starting from a small workshop in Nairobi with a single production line and a handful of dedicated craftspeople, Maryanna and Alexander built Fortehouse with a simple mission: create uniforms that combine comfort, durability, and pride — at a price that makes sense for organizations of every size. Today, we operate a 12,000 sq ft production facility, employ over 80 skilled craftspeople, and ship to clients across East Africa.
