Find Your Perfect Fit
Accurate sizing charts for every uniform category — measure once, order with confidence.
Get Accurate Measurements
Use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps for the most accurate fit. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Chest / Bust
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Keep one finger between the tape and your body for comfort.
Measure over a light shirt for best results.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually about 1 inch above your belly button.
Don't suck in! Breathe normally.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
Keep the tape level all the way around.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg along the inner thigh. Best done with a pair of well-fitting trousers.
Use a pair of pants you already love as reference.
Shoulder Width
Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across the back, following the natural curve of your shoulders.
Have a friend help for accuracy.
Height
Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Mark the top of your head and measure from the floor to the mark.
Height helps determine shirt length and trouser break.
Skip the Tape Measure
Use our AI body scanner to capture all your measurements in under 30 seconds — no tape measure needed. No photos are stored, only numbers.

Fit Tips & Advice
Our uniform experts share their top tips for getting the perfect fit every time.
When Between Sizes
Always size up for comfort, especially for medical and industrial uniforms where you need full range of motion. For corporate and hospitality, size down for a tailored look.
Fabric Matters
Performance fabrics (polyester blends) have stretch and may run slightly smaller. Natural fabrics (cotton) have no stretch — measure carefully and follow the chart exactly.
